Akari Sushi

Akari sushi is your classic, nondescript sushi restaurant. You can close your eyes and picture it: a small, sparsely decorated space with raw fish displayed in a case on the sushi bar. The difference between Akari and your standard sushi restaurant, though, is two-fold. One, the sign out front is written in a seemingly Greek font; and two, this is some of the most talked about sushi in the area. So what, the owners don’t know their fonts? What they do know is that consistently fresh fish makes for excellent sushi. Try the Banzai Roll (shrimp tempura and crab in soy paper) and Baked Scallop Roll to experience their classics.
