About
Over the past decade sushi made its way into the pantheon of everyday American food and the success of Todai is definitely a testament to that fact. Each location offers an enormous buffet spread housed in a sizable space. The décor tends towards the whimsical, with papier-mâché sea creatures on the walls. The sushi here is good, much better than you would expect at a buffet. They have all of the favorites--spicy tuna, spicy scallop, California roll, salmon, maguro, as well as a few lesser-known choices such as sea urchin. For non-sushi eaters there is a hot food buffet with various Chinese and Japanese dishes.
