Acclaimed restaurateur Laurent Tourondel brings his popular NYC French bistro/American steakhouse to the Sunset Strip. The concept has come to life in the iconic former Le Dome space and Tourondel hopes to revive the same sort of classic scene. A busy bar and lounge gives way to a classy, airy dining room with Macassar ebony tables, caramel-colored banquettes and walnut floors. Patio dining with a view of the Strip is also available. Cuts of beef include naturally aged USDA Prime, Certified Black Angus, American Wagyu and Japanese Kobe beef, all of which are cooked with herb butter and served in cast-iron pans.Sauces available include peppercorn, horseradish or béarnaise.

The staff was incredible with the maiter'd from Ivy. However, the food was not so great and overpriced (and I spend close to $10K on eating out a month). They also over-cook the steaks.
