About
No small theater in Los Angeles has a prettier frontage than the Court. Nestled among designer boutiques and adjacent to -- yes -- Melrose Place, the theater's fountain courtyard provides both a quiet oasis from the busy boulevard and a contemplative intermission hangout. Production quality varies at this rental venue, but it remains a fine space for spoken-word performances with seating kept close to the stage. And it's hard to beat the Court for convenient dining choices to accompany a show.
