Drag queens teetering in stilettos and swaying under beehive wigs is the order of the day at this annual street carnival featuring the most outrageous Halloween costumes outside of San Francisco. From divas to drag queens to Dracula, more than 400,000 people participate in one of the world's largest colorful Mardi Gras-style street celebrations. Not for the young or easily offended! (Tip: Expect plenty of Sarah Palin impersonators.)
