The latest occupant of this WeHo spot is Pearl Restaurant & Ultra Lounge (now closed). Executive chef duties will be shared by Joseph Anderson, a veteran of the Roy Yamaguchi empire, and Cody Diegel, who has held positions at Tangerine, Patina and Moomba.
Update: The Pearl is now Allison Melnick and Bryan Ogden’s Apple Restaurant & Lounge. The space debuts in late August/early September inside the former Pearl space in West Hollywood. The new dining and drinking destination will actually be split into three distinct spaces (with separate entrances), and includes the Pussycat Dolls Lounge, which is tentatively slated to debut in late Sept., after Apple restaurant and lounge is up and running. The Dolls will perform two shows, three nights per week at the new venue, according to representatives.
