Edgar Wright's best of L.A.

Know something we don't?
Down the street from hip lounge Winston’s is Bar Lubitsch, a Russian-themed watering hole that’ll have you drowning in vodka and toasts of “Za Vas!” (“To You!”). An ivy-covered entrance welcomes patrons into the red-walled parlor, where chandeliers and propaganda art conjure the days of KGB spies and intrigue. The selection of 200 vodkas make their share of mysterious promises, as well, and are used to create the bar’s specialty martinis and fruit concoctions. Through a small hallway in the back is a room for a DJ and dancing; the room gets pretty packed on the weekends so early arrival is always suggested.

I love this place. I loved it even more when I was just a $10 cab's ride away, but that's beside the point. I realized I never reviewed my go to going out...

Love the red light theme inside this place. A patio at the front door houses a bunch of young people smoking their parliament lights. The main bar is fun...

Cool bar, I am a fan, great people, great drinks, great service. What more do you need for a bar like this?
