Located in Universal CityWalk, this restaurant features Brazilian churrascaria, a dedicated Caipirinha cocktail bar and free nightly entertainment like Samba dancers and Brazilian bands.
In addition to the traditional rodizio feasts of skewered meats including lombinho (pork sirloin), coxinha (chicken) and picanha (sirloin steak), chef Jason Ryczk's menu includes lobster mashed potatoes, farfoa (yucca flour, toasted with butter, bacon and salt), Portuguese sausage, beef kabobs and leg of lamb. Dessert includes dulce de leche, fried bananas and an endless chocolate fountain.
The caipirinha bar offers nearly two dozen variations of Brazil’s national cocktail, including a jalapeno-cucumber caipirinha, a basil-blackberry caipirinha and a bubblegum caipiroska. A full bar with beer, wine and mixed drinks is also available.
