This chain of rock 'n' roll restaurants is still going strong after nearly two decades in the biz. They've cornered the market on rock memorabilia and blast good ole American rock tunes at a deafening decibel, but the people keep coming and the trademark Hard Rock Cafe T-shirts keep flying out the door. The food is always good, but not great--the usual hamburgers and French fries, along with a slightly more upscale array of grilled steak and chicken entrees. A few of the branches have an active bar scene on the weekends and are even starting to book some live music events.

So I actually liked the Hard Rock Cafe. Maybe it's because I became a regular at happy hour - which is decent...good prices, nice bartenders. What's cool is...
Mediocre food...Love the pilsner glass. Collecting them.
