When a friend raves about Sushi Yotsuya, a traditional sushi restaurant he's discovered in Tarzana, I listen up, and on a sweltering summer night find myself parking in a nondescript strip mall that looks exactly, and I mean exactly, like the one that's home to Sushi Nozawa in Studio City, the cult grumpy-chef sushi restaurant. It couldn't be more different in mood.
