Know something we don't?
This Patina Group eatery hosts power lunches by day and romance by night. White tablecloths, fresh flowers, wood paneling, black and white tile floors, and lots of mirrors evoke the class and charm of a Parisian bistro. The fireplace in the main dining room provides a stroke of warmth. Joachim Splichal’s menu goes to the heart of classic French fare with selections like the signature crispy whitefish with brandade potatoes and duck breast with grilled figs. Yet cool starters like the manchego cheese salad with arugula, apples, dates, walnuts, and pistachio oil, and warm starters like the pumpkin and amaretti agnolotti mine a range of Mediterranean flavors. The 200-plus list of modestly priced California and French wines offers ample selections for business or pleasure. Swing by on Sundays for their deeply discounted “Neighbor’s Night” menu—even if you’re not a neighbor.
