Since 1975, before organic menus and herbal tea infusions were hip on the strip, the Good Earth has been doling out earth-loving fare and their signature “sweet and spicy” herb tea. “Ten grain” is the mantra here, with pancakes, rolls, and tortillas all packed to the brim with wholesomeness. Breakfast rules all day Sundays, but offerings like the cashew chicken salad, planet burger, and spinach ravioli remain popular choices at lunch and dinner.
