Know something we don't?
Named after the old-time four-person card game, Whist is classic, clever and sophisticated – much like a good game of cards itself. With outdoor or indoor seating available, patrons can choose a poolside dining cabana for a particularly exotic and adventurous meal, or simply relax indoors in the retro-themed dining room, which features shiny wood floors, leather-backed green chairs and elegant stained glass windows.
Whist hosts regular special events, such as Monday and Tuesday’s $25 Wine Lover’s Night, when each and every wine on the restaurant’s extensive list is available for a paltry – you guessed it -- $25. Other events include the highly lauded Single Malt Scotch Sunday, offered poolside, with every scotch in the bar offered at $1 per year per vintage. The lunch and dinner menus are austere and classic, with entrees including local halibut with artichokes and mustard greens, the organic half chicken with seasonal peas and polenta and the scrumptious lobster Bolognese with hand cut pappardelle, roasted tomato and basil.
