About
Here the idea is to eat wok-style MSG-free Chinese food in an upscale setting with American service. The desserts are American, too, we're
guessing because Macadamia-nut pie sells better than red-bean ice cream. A ton of money has been poured into the decor, which begins greeting you
outside as two giant Ming horses flanking the front door. The dining spaces of this small chain, brought to you by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang, are huge, so it's OK that they don't take reservations.
