About
Both the West Hollywood and the Santa Monica locations are good for a nachos and tequila-fueled party virtually any day of the week. The food is decent, with crispy taquitos and plates of chicken nachos loaded with all the fixins, but the tastiest treat here is the clientele, who are at Marix to see and be seen. In West Hollywood, the crowd is largely gay and Marix is part of the Rage, Abbey and Felt circuit. In Santa Monica there is a smattering of tourists, along with a back-from-the-beach bunch.
