This casual restaurant chain, which features Argentinean cuisine, is well known for its grilled chicken and steak dishes. Here, onions, chopped tomatoes and garlic are standard ingredients. The meats are choice quality, selected fresh daily and cut Argentinean style. The New York loin steak is cut very thick and the short ribs sliced thin, house-style. The fresh California-raised marinated chicken dishes are served up several ways--as a half-chicken on the bone, a boneless breast marinated in picante sauce or a grilled chicken with sliced tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil.
