A tiny tapas bar with real Spanish flair. Just a few tables and lots of standing room. Still, the small bites go way beyond what you'd find at a neighborhood joint in Madrid. Created by Joe's Restaurant owner Joseph Miller, Pintxo (pronounced "pincho"), specializes in gourmet flavors such as Moroccan ground lamb with golden raisins and mint, fried duck egg with fingerling potatoes and shaved dried tuna and foie gras seared with five onions. The place doesn't take reservations and has occupancy of 30.
