Located in the former Voda Bar space, Laurie Mulstay and Ron Marino's brand new Chloe offers Santa Monica's discriminating drinkers sophistication without snobbery. Understated French-inspired design lies at the heart of Chloe, with deco accents, sconces and low banquettes. From the same winning team that brought Hollywood The Bar and Magnolia restaurant, the menu here offers up small dishes to hungry bargoers, such as bacon-wrapped dates, cheese plates and crème brûlée. The overall vibe at the tiny, but radiant lounge is meant to inspire return visits; with a warm decor and neighborhood vibe. long overdue for Santa Monica. Its a gorgeous chic bar without they typical yahoos of the local pub atmosphere that has dominated the...

This bar attempts to be like an exclusive Hollywood Bar by having a rude bouncer, rude bartenders, etc. Santa Monica is definitely not...

Major snobbery, overpriced and overrated...plenty of spots with a better vibe and cooler atmosphere in Santa Monica that don't try so...
