Discovery Science Center

The Discovery Science Center features over 120 kid-friendly, hands-on exhibits in a variety of themed areas: Perception, Dynamic Earth, the new, improved Quake Zone, Exploration Station, Principles of Flight, Performance, Space Exploration and KidStation.

Twenty new exhibits have been unveiled since spring 2003, including the Discovery Stadium, featuring "green-screen technology" for virtual sports playing; Techno Arts, featuring interactive music creation; and the Shadow Sand Garden.
