Duane’s Prime Steaks & Seafood

This is one of four restaurants located in Riverside’s famed Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. As its name clearly suggests, the specialty of this upscale house is steak, and there is an impressive selection of cuts on the menu. Diners can choose from filet mignon, rib eye, New York strip, porterhouse and more. The “Classic Steak Diane” consists of filet mignon, grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes, all prepared tableside. The menu also offers a variety of seafood entrees, including scallops, swordfish, salmon and lobster tail. Four different salads are also available. Among the many side dishes, the most eye-catching may be the lobster mashed potatoes, whipped with Australian lobster meat. The restaurant advertises that the herbs used in the dishes are grown in one of the Mission Inn’s gardens. Valet parking is available; public parking is available across the street.
