About
Executive chef Toshi Tamba (formerly of Okada restaurant in Las Vegas' Wynn Hotel) brings his signature "New Japanese" cuisine to Westwood. The stylish interior resembles a tricked-out church complete with stained glass, 50-foot vaulted ceiling, marble obelisk and lots of colorful goblets. Tamba's food is based in traditional Japanese cooking techniques but he brings distinct modern twists into the mix. Think Steak frites (sliced Black Angus New York Steak with a fig sauce and frites) and silky egg custard soup made from chicken stock. You'll also find a sushi bar, cocktail bar, sake cellar, a private dining room dubbed the "Red Room" and an elite table for two situated in an "opera box" above the restaurant
