Open until 2 a.m. most nights and until 4 a.m. Thursday through Saturday, Wokcano in Pasadena offers a pan-Asian assortment of food. The menu brings together dishes that are Japanese (edamame, miso soup, a wide assortment of sushi and sashimi), Chinese (kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, lo mein), Thai (pad Thai) and Korean (Korean barbecued ribs). None of it is terribly authentic, but its mostly tasty and well suited to American palates.
