About
Pronounced "too-eez" (get it? two "E"s), this vintage diner has been around since 1943, and it's been at its present location since 1964. Known for the Stinko Burger (a hamburger patty garnished with pickles and onions), hand-dipped fountain treats and thick, crispy onion rings, Twohey's has managed to retain all the charm of a traditional American diner while expanding its menu to include big city comfort foods such as shrimp scampi, a Tuscan chicken sandwich and a salad of romaine lettuce topped with charbroiled sirloin strips and blue cheese crumbles. Be sure to stop in for the all-you-can-eat baby back rib fest that runs from late August to early September.
