Times Description

The Point in Culver City wants today’s busy professional to eat right. Created by husband-and-wife team and nearby Beacon restaurant owners Vicki Fan and Kazuto Matsusaka, the Point specializes in “gourmet food to go.” Prepared meals, wraps, Panini and fresh soup are on the menu but the restaurant's crowning achievement is its customized salad option. Diners choose from five salad mixes, more than two-dozen toppings and close to a dozen dressings (the staff mixes up the final creation). “At first it can be too much choice for people but when they get used to it they love it,” says Fan. The primarily take-out restaurant uses biodegradable containers and utensils.

Ughghghg, I'm so saddened by this. They took forever to reopened and it's just not the same...it's worse! The decor is nice, and things are presented well,...

Good food, but definitely more expensive that it is worth. LOVE Mark Peel always, but the portions are small, and the sandwiches, which are all around $10,...
