Considered one of the better dim sum houses in the San Gabriel Valley by a devoted coterie of admirers. The Kitchen serves the standard assortment of dim sum items -- shu mai, har gow, bao, chicken feet -- as well as a couple of unique offerings like fried green tea dumplings.
