This new restaurant and lounge is headed up by executive chef Bryan Ogden who has crafted a Contemporary American menu of seasonal specialties including organic yellow corn soup, pan-roasted Florida frog legs and Santa Barbara spot prawns. A late-night menu of small plates, including marinated Maine lobster spoons and hot cinnamon sugar doughnuts, will be available in the lounge. The staff will be dressed in white uniforms designed by heiress and fashionista Nicky Hilton.
