Reborn in June 2009 with a new menu created by master sushi chef Tetsuro Ahn, this two-story sushi bar hopes to draw in sushi fans as well as Hollywood club hoppers.
Located on the bustling Sunset Strip, this clean, modern restaurant with jade-colored walls and polished wood floors features a sushi bar on the bottom floor and a restaurant with stunning city-lights views on top. The menu includes miso-glazed seabass with wasabi mashed potatoes; kobe beef burgers; sweet sesame soy glazed edamame; firecracker chicken made with a chili caramel glaze; light fare and vegetarian options. Sushi options include rolls named after legendary clubs on the Sunset Strip: the Rainbow, Ciro and Mocambo. An extensive sake list and a full roster of cocktails are also available. Expect a young and trendy crowd.
