A new concept in sushi designed to keep flavor up and costs at a minimum. You won't see any sushi chefs behind the bar and the menu offers only three combo choices, each called "Trust Me," which change daily according to the freshest options available.

Sushi Chef Kazunori Nozawa came up with the idea and adheres to the making of simple, honest sushi without any flashy embellishments. He even brews his own soy sauce and ponzu. The interior of the restaurant is sparse and relaxed with cool colors and a long, wavy sushi bar. The "Trust Me" options generally consist of edamame, sashimi or tartar, between two and five pieces of sushi and one or two eight-piece rolls. Prices include tax and tip and range between $20 and $40. No extra gratuities are accepted.
