Considered by many to be the most authentic pho restaurant in Koreatown, Pho 4000 is known for well cooked noodles and fresh garnishes. The meats are high quality and sliced paper thin. Pho 4000 also serves a few non-soup noodle dishes that are worth trying, especially the stir-fried rice noodles. The only downside is that compared to other pho restaurants in the area, Pho 4000 closes early at around 2 a.m.
