Times Description

This is the kind of place that old timers know as a chop-suey house and younger people know as a typical Americanized Chinese restaurant -- heavy emphasis on the word ‘American.’ Sweet and sour pork in gloppy orange sauce, greasy chow mein, and string beans with crumbled pork are typical. While most of the dishes are only a few steps above Panda Express, Paul’s Kitchen does one thing very, very well: the barbecue. Pick up some ribs, sausage or chashu pork for a delicious snack. Also try the Paul's Kitchen in downtown L.A. on S. San Pedro St.
