This is the kind of place that old timers know as a chop-suey house and younger people know as a typical Americanized Chinese restaurant -- heavy emphasis on the word ‘American.’ Sweet and sour pork in gloppy orange sauce, greasy chow mein, and string beans with crumbled pork are typical.
