Times Description

In operation for 16 years, Moishe's serves a tasty array of Mediterranean-style side dishes to accompany its falafel, gyros, shish kebab and rotisserie chicken: hummus, eggplant salad, tabbouleh, rice pilaf and more -- all made right there. Among the choices are some real buys: whole chicken (straightforward and juicy) with pita, pink turnip pickles and garlic sauce for $9.75; half a chicken with two sides for $9.75. Located in the Farmer's Market at 3rd & Fairfax, it's right next to its sister restaurant, Moishe's Village, which specializes in bourekas, pizza-like flatbread concoctions.
