When the Queen Mary was sailing the seas, this upper-deck restaurant, named after Winston Churchill, was the most prestigious dining room on board. Sir Winston's is still the ship's prime destination restaurant. The restored dining room is exquisite in its ambience, service and cuisine. Beef Wellington and other meat dishes dominate the menu, but seafood is also available. The chef is proud of his melt-in-your-mouth soufflés. (They take half an hour to prepare, so order them at the beginning of your meal.) The restaurant's views of the city, marina and oil islands make it a nice setting for a romantic dinner.
