Kiss on the Beach sounds more like a cocktail, but it’s just one of the many quirky rolls (no rice? no seaweed?) artfully pioneered by chef Chris Hahn. And that doesn’t even get into the ever-changing retinue of original sauces—chive sauce, chipolte sauce, wine sauce…even something called the pink lady. While many enjoy lingering in the dimly lit dining room, it’s also very popular for take out—possibly because no alcohol is served on the premises.
