BIN 8945 is the wine lover’s closet-sized paradise. What the West Hollywood wine bar lacks in space, it makes up for in its brilliant wine pairings. Chef Michael Bryant whips up dishes that are categorized by portion size: small plates, slightly larger plates and even larger plates. Patrons can choose to navigate among the choices, which include New Zealand snapper tacos, molasses glazed monkfish and rabbit lasagna, or try the tasting menus, which range from five to ten courses. With less than 50 seats available in the entire restaurant, a reservation is necessary. Drop-ins, however, are welcome to sit at the bar, which doesn’t take reservations.
