The food-court-sized incarnation of this beloved Los Angeles chainlet doles out its celebrated roasted garlic chicken to famished CityWalk-goers. Continuing the Versailles Cuban tradition, there’s also shredded beef, roast pork sandwiches, and breaded steak, all served with rice, beans, and fried bananas. While the restaurant’s full-service locations seem to transport you to Havana, this quick-service counter doesn’t offer much in the way of atmosphere. Still, with a guanabana shake in hand, you might get a sip of island respite in the neon mania of CityWalk.
