Atmosphere is everything here. The latest incarnation of the Tutti's empire (the restaurant began farther north, in Montecito, and still has a small "sister" restaurant, Tuttini, in Santa Barbara), the outdoor patio with fireplace and stylish indoor dining room give this version a sophisticated, Italian face-lift. Many of the original touches are still here, such as orange slices in the water, a focus on homemade baked goods and a remarkable brunch menu. The pizzas, all fired in a wood-fired oven, bring the taste of Tuscany to the table. Unfortunately, the restaurant's snootiness has also trailed them to this new location, with a heavy dose of inconsistent service. Ah, well. Sometimes it's asking too much to have one's tiramisu and eat it, too.
