High-end Cantonese dim sum restaurant where you order off a checklist instead of from waitresses pushing carts. Beautiful fish tanks offer a nice view while you eat. The ingredients are high quality. Try the sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, the whole steamed Dungeness crab, the deep fried chicken wings, the Peking duck and the conjees.

The prices are steep, but the food is delicious and dishes have a certain refinement.
