At Stonehill Tavern, Bon Appetit’s 2005 Chef of the Year Michael Mina offers modern tavern fare highlighting seasonal ingredients selected from Calfornia’s finest farmers, ranchers and fishermen. The warm and inviting setting, created by well-known designer Tony Chi and very much in keeping with Mina's nine other quietly slick venues from Detroit to New Jersey to Vegas to San Francisco, features a comfortable bar with intimate booth seating, a handsomely appointed dining room, terrace tables perfect for enjoying a Pacific Ocean sunset and a private dining room for small (22 person) parties with its own fireplace.
