Waiters circulate with 15 different cuts of meat on skewers—including top sirloin, tri tip, beef ribs, and lamp chops—and slice them tableside until you flip the peg on your table to red, meaning “stop.” You’ll be so full that you’ll yearn for a little samba to work it all off.
