Soak up all the cheap booze you’ve been swilling at the Little Joy Cocktail Lounge with egg rolls that have to be among the world’s greasiest from neighboring Phnom Penh. This is plentiful Chinese food for desperate, hungry times. In a good way. Sometimes you just want down and dirty, no-frills Chinese food in a slightly dilapidated store front with faux-wood paneled walls. All the usual suspects grace the extensive menu: sweet & sour pork, beef with broccoli, mushu chicken and hot and sour soup.
