Pace brings peace and pizza to Laurel Canyon. Nestled within the canyon's narrow winding roads is the bucolic cottage that's home to both the Canyon Country Store and the restaurant Pace (pronounced pah-chay, as in Italian for "peace"). Cozy and dimly lit, you are immediately transplanted away from the Hollywood bustle and into a tasty menu of homemade pastas and pizzas. Along with the Peace Pie and pappardelle with lobster and summer squash, try their signature salmon dish, which melts as soon as it hits your tongue.
