The pupusas (we love that word) at this small restaurant on the corner of Laveta Terrace and Sunset Blvd. are nothing short of miraculous. They are the genuine article: rich corn dough encasing savory stuffings ranging from rice and beans to cheese and ground pork and all fried golden brown on a smooth, hot grill. Also keep your eyes open for plantains with beans and cream, stuffed bell peppers and fried yucca with pork.
