Located in the historic Max Factor building near the corner of Hollywood & Highland, Mel's shares the building with the Hollywood History Museum, home to thousands of Hollywood props and exhibits including such appetizing fare as Hannibal Lecter's cell. Themed to look and feel like a 1950s diner, the menu features burgers, desserts and breakfast. But they are open late! 3 a.m. most days and 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
