About
Located on the first floor of the Koreatown Plaza, Mandarin House hand-makes their noodles and dumplings fresh. Press up against those noodles and feel the love. This place is a Korean-style Chinese mainstay where most come for comfort food in the form of jia jiang myun (black sauce noodles) and the cham-bong (spicy seafood noodle soup) and stay for the sweet and sour pork and shrimp entrees. You can count on consistent quality with wait service that doesn’t leave you hanging. The place is usually packed and gets worse during weekends and holidays, so get your game face on because the wait is going to be serious. Just hover outside the glass wall and zone out on the red walls while you think about what you want to order. Staring at other people’s food will not make the time go by faster.
