About
La Bruschetta Italian restaurant is joining the regional menu crowd. Every two to three weeks, owner Angelo Peloni will devise a special à la carte menu representing a particular region of Italy. He might also pair Italian and California wines with the dishes. Says Peloni, "In the last 17 years I've tried to be true to what we do in Italy." This is his way of getting more authentic Italian dishes on the menu for his customers to experiment with (although he's not sure they'll go for the blood sausages).
