Joe’s sports a lengthy vegetarian menu, as well as entrees like garlic rosemary lamb chops. And the management would like to recommend you pair their artichoke chicken in mushroom sauce with the house merlot. But it’s basically a big red vinyl booths joint for breakfast-all-day kind of people. The good news is, if you don’t like the menu, you’re encouraged to change it.
