Situated in the former traditional-style pub space of Yoro No Take, this noisy, lively place is a favorite haunt of Japanese university students and young professionals. Crowded and fun, its special is <I>tabesaki</I>, chicken wings fried in peanut oil. They come sans sauce -- it's powdered spice -- and topped with sesame seeds. The "extra spicy" barely registers. The enormous a la carte menu includes about 30 varieties of grilled fish, dozens of vegetable dishes and kushiyaki.
