With only a couple of locations in Los Angeles, Crispy Crust won't be challenging the big pizza delivery chains, which is too bad since they make much better pies. It's not a New York-style thin crust nor is it a deep dish; the crust is your standard, chewy, mid-depth American pizza crust, but it's done well. The cheese and toppings are also good, and Crispy Crust offers some weird and wonderful combinations.
