For four years, Chocolat has stayed true to its name, selling only housemade gelato and Neuhaus’s artisan chocolates from Belgium. And while chocolate is still the most popular gelato flavor on offer, Chocolat includes such non-cocoa-bean-derived seasonal delights as zabaione, pumpkin pie, peppermint and champagne with rose petals (that one offered exclusively for Valentine’s Day and exclusively by pre-order).
