About
This place serves sushi that strays from what you might traditionally know as raw fish on a little bed of sticky white rice. Here, the fish is treated in colorful ways, with the Korean-style sashimi swathed in big leafy lettuce and smothered in ponzu sauce, fresh raw garlic chunks, cucumbers and sliced chili that will kick your face in and have you pause on the wasabi and reach for more OB beer (imported from Korea). The tanks full of beautiful fish are an indicator of the freshness, but Bu San’s specialty is to spice it up with flavors indigenous to Korean cuisine.
